However, Tommaso’s only son Andrea brings the family together to announce that he wants to become a priest. Tommaso refuses to accept his Catholicism, and is horrified when his wife Carla and daughter Bianca consider it themselves.
Tommaso goes undercover while Andrea is absent, on retreat in a monastery, to investigate and bring down the charismatic Father Don Pietro, who he believes has “brain-washed” his son and caused upheaval in his family.

Women and Black History in Horror Film
5:00pm - Ganja and Hess
7:45pm - American Psycho
Presented by Horrible Imaginings Film Festival
Horrible Imaginings Film Festival is gearing up to celebrate Women in Horror Month in partnership with Film Geeks, Graveyard Shift Sisters, and Horror House Party! Often stereotyped as a boy's club genre, the horror genre has nonetheless featured incredibly talented women behind the camera. To pay attribute to these hardworking women who defy conventions and bring scares, the turn-of-the-millennium classic "American Psycho," directed by Mary Harron will be the featured film for the night.
Also in honor of Black History Month, the hypnotic actress Marlene Clark will be spotlighted in a repertory screening of "Ganja and Hess," Bill Gunn's rebellious answer to both the Blaxploitation and vampire genres. Join us for both of these rare screenings in honor of this great occasion!
