In this documentary, filmmaker Erik van Empel chronicles his brother Ruud’s creative process over two years. Old 8mm footage shows his early days in the family and provides a backdrop for the way his artistic career took off. In support of the Museum exhibition, Ruud van Empel: Strange Beauty, this film series delves into the creative process and cinematic influences of artist Ruud van Empel.
