Respirois set in the present but evokes a primitive existence that really hasn’t changed much over the last half century. Grazia (Valeria Golino), is a beautiful but emotionally unstable fisherman’s wife and the mother of three; her wild mood swings and erratic behavior begin to rankle the town and to precipitate domestic havoc.
