Coming of Age Film Festival

MOPA is proud to present the second annual Coming of Age Film Festival, which focuses on promoting and reinforcing positive images on the subject of aging. Covering topics relating to continued growth, relationships, stereotypes and intergenerational issues, the festival strives to provide an inclusive representation of aging and to advocate a value system that honors both the individual and the process of aging. The festival opens in January, with a special screening each month through June 2012 of films to celebrate the process and power of aging. RSVP online to reserve  your seat at any of the screenings listed below.

Support for the Coming of Age Film Festival is provided by Aging and Independence Services, a division of the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency.
