CLASS ASSIGNMENT PASS
The Class Assignment Pass allows students the opportunity to visit the museum up to three times in a semester or quarter to fulfill an assignment at the affordable rate of $5. The pass must be purchased by the course instructor and is only available through the Education Department.

Guideline and cost:
· Passes must be purchased by the course instructor.
· $5 per student

· Your name, title, school, address, telephone, and email address
· Course description and dates
· Number of passes requested
· Full payment for the passes in the form of a check or money order made  payable to the Museum of Photographic Arts—Education Department
