Summer Camps at MOPA
Program Summary:
The Museum of Photographic Arts (MoPA) presents Summer Camps at MoPA, designed for children ages 4 - 16, or grades K - 12. Summer camps take place from Monday, June 20 through Friday, August 5 at MoPA in Balboa Park. Parents have the opportunity to select from one week or two week half-day camps.
MoPA’s annual summer camps are a great way for kids to enjoy their summer vacation in Balboa Park. Each camp features a different photographic theme and includes indoor and outdoor adventures with digital cameras, alternative photographic processes and film-making projects. Scholarships are available for those who qualify. MoPA is a proud participant in the Balboa Park Collaboration, which allows parents to combine a half-day camp with another museum for a full day adventure.
