Do you want to bring your class, club or colleagues to visit MOPA?
Booking Your Tour:
A Tour Request Form must be submitted three weeks in advance of your visit.
You will receive confirmation via email that your request has been received. Requests are met on a first-come-first-served basis.
Tour fees and MOPA's Tour Agreement are due upon arrival for your tour.
Types of Tours:
Tour size: 8-30 participants.
Self-directed tours give your group the opportunity to experience the exhibitions at your own pace. The interpretive text found throughout the galleries is designed to educate people of all ages and abilities.
Available Tuesday-Sunday, from 10 AM - 4 PM
Guided tours provide a more structured experience than self-directed tours. MOPA’s gallery education staff will facilitate a discussion about the images on display that teach visual literacy skills. These tours use inquiry-based methods to help participants learn critical viewing and discussion skills.
Available Wednesday-Friday, from 10 AM - 1 PM
During behind-the-scenes tours, a member of the MOPA Team will provide an exclusive look at the internal operations of the museum. You will be taken on a tour through the galleries, library and curatorial workshops. Rather than focusing on specific exhibitions, this tour focuses on the programs and curatorial processes that shape MOPA.
Available Tuesday-Friday, from 10 AM - 4 PM
